o IPAD applications like (keynote, pages, barcode apps, iMovie, Book creator, Photoshop Touch, HTML studio, Animation studio, and Dynamic Art) for Grade 9 students.
o Gaming concepts and Building using Game Salad application for Grade 10 students.
o Internet and Computing Core for Grade 11 students
o Preparing the students for IC3 certificate.
o IC3 proctor.
o Cyber C3 examiner
o Respond and resolve all assigned calls within prescribed SLA. Diagnose and fix the issues of end user systems related to:
Local & network printers' configurations & troubleshooting
Patching of network, phones, and faxes
Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary
First Level Hardware diagnosis
Printing issues
PC relocation and minor changes
Peripheral device connectivity or device driver
Diagnose and resolve technical issues
Provide desktop support
Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
Install authorized software to laptops and desktops
Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops
Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
Fault-finding to laptops and desktops
configuration Email Client with MS Outlook
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Operating System issues
Complete PC Complete rebuild and joining domain

Internet Explorer troubleshooting and configuring

• Install, configure, and operate simple routed LAN, routed WAN, Switched LAN networks.
• Designing IP addressing scheme- using subnet
• Configuring Routers (IOS based), Switches (Set and IOS based)
• Configuring Static, Default Routing & dynamic Routing Protocols like RIP, IGRP, EIGRP
• Password recovery for Cisco Switches and routers.
• Implementing Trunk using Dot1q and ISL
