• Plan, develop and execute all events/activities related to customers and vendors.( Budgeting, preparing events annual plan, booking venues, catering, arranging marketing materials and giveaways, managing suppliers, attendees list, campaigns, managing vendors and partners contribution, social coverage for events, handling payments and events evaluations and feedbacks.
• Plan, develop and execute all social media aspects such as social media strategy calendar, competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification, benchmarking, content concept and continuously improve by analyzing, monitoring social data/metrics, insights and best practices.
• Develop lead generation and nurturing model in cooperation with sales team
• Create, develop and execute compelling marketing campaign plans using all types of channels including direct mail, web/e-marketing, telemarketing, advertising to meet targets.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing manager in branding to maintain the brand vision in all marketing channels, budgeting and planning all marketing initiatives.
• Manage relevant budgets, tracking and processing invoices
• Responsible for the creation and production of marketing materials (ATL - BTL) with all stakeholders.
• Assist and handle some activities related to internal and external communication with HR team.
• Work closely and professionally manage third party suppliers - agencies, conference organizers and media.
• Utilize all vendors’ funds and marketing programs/activities to generate leads and achieve the corporate objectives.
• Develop a quarterly based marketing initiatives for each vendor
• Manage and maintain customers’ database, Identify key target audience and segmentation for events/campaigns.
• Assist the marketing manager in corporate website restructuring and manage the project, responsible for updating website content in regular basis.
• Deliver ROI for all activities, coordinate follow-up and monitor the results
• Develop reports for all managed marketing activities
• Manage public relations activities from reviewing, publishing and handling PR agencies.
• Assist in creating Go-to-Market plans for new products in corporation with development and sales team.
