• Managed a team and the HIV prevention program at the western corridor of Ethiopia, also participated in regional and corridor planning and implementation,
• Led and participated in the development, production and distribution of BCC materials prepared for country level campaigns, in areas of PMTCT, OVC, TB/HIV and others.
• Led teams and participated in national level program monitoring and evaluations.
• Participated as taskforce member in the development of the HIV/AIDS policy of the Ministry of Education,
• Organized and facilitated the country based activities for the regional/Eastern Africa Video Conference on Stigma and Discrimination.

• Made follow up of the works of government and private health institutions undertaking activities in the district,
