I have a real interest in sports and I decided to try to combine my writing passion with my hobby. I am currently writing for a US based website and I cover the basketball section.

I used to take calls from customers and give the latest economic news around the world and explain how these news could affect financial markets. I had to give advice looking at the markets trends and make the most for our investors.

I started to work for myself from home trading on sports and some financial markets in which I had knowledge on. Having studied finance and being very good at math and statistics, my job was made easier. I used to trade in the forex markets and in the sports industry as well.

I used to make sure that all customers' complaints were reviewed in real time and they got a solution to their problems. Also made sure to work with other departments if necessary in order to give a good customer service experience. The team was formed by a group of seven people, including myself.

I used to organize the waiting staff by making their schedule and assigning working sections, also used to help waiting tables if necessary. I was the floor manager, which meant getting feedback from customers and improving services in the restaurant. I used to make kitchen orders based on the Chef's list and also I took care of employees paychecks.

I used to call potential customers and meet them in order to extend the company's business and make offers based on location and order amounts of bread.

Customer service for a list of customers and dealing with different problems they might encounter and making sure they got answers in real time and offered solutions.
