Leadership to the Maintenance department and motivated staff to achieve maximum performance and target.
Develop, monitor and implement departmental policies and procedures.
Ensure that preventive maintenance program is working efficiently and that paperwork and logbooks / sheets for all testing are kept up to date.
Forecast monthly financial departmental operating expenses and participate in the preparation of the Annual Departmental Budget.
Analysis Problems, quick responding to breakdowns and Find Solutions to keep printing working continuously.
Continuously monitor and control expenses to include, labor, materials, Safety Stock, energy management and preventative maintenance.
Developing the machines and Equipment by installing & Upgrading the Control Panels (Made by myself)
Lead the Engineering team; plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members; ensure colleague is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties.
Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management System Principles.
High Knowledge in PLC, Programming, Wiring, Controllers, Hydraulic & Mechanical Systems, Compressors.
Ability to read Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic Schematics and Drawings.
Make Time & Motion Study for Production.
Improve Quality of Production.
Providing technical assistance and support.
International Fairs, Exhibitions, Courses and Meetings.
Maintenance Contracts; Ensure that preventive maintenance program is working efficiently and as Agreement Conditions.
Inspection and Maintenance the Motors (3PH & 1PH).
High Knowledge about Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
Working on the Container Crane KALMAR (REACH STACKER CRANE) as problems Solve and core maintenance member of Electro-Hydraulic control system.
Working on the installation and maintenance LV Power System to distribute loads.
Inspection and Maintenance 4×300 mm2 Electricity Armored Cable lengths of 400 meters underground, after the discovery of cable problems has been treated by replacing the affected interface plug new cable of the same type and size of the cable was connected to either process using Resin Cable Joints (Straight Joints).
Familiar on Civil Works, Electrical Works, Mechanical Works, Troubleshooting Plumbing, Cleaning, Landscaping, Chemical, AC, Chillers, BMS, Fire System, Alarm System, RO Plant, STP, Security & Access Systems.
Take over all engineering equipment’s and tools (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, etc.…).
Emergency Response Procedures, Budget Planning & Management.
Handling daily complains and take daily readings for the whole property.
Review on daily basis the trouble reports and what is pending and solve it.
Make snag list for all pending points and follow up.
Establish new Preventive maintenance program and applied to the hotel equipment’s.
Prepare monthly report to the director of engineering.
Order spare parts and review the stocks in the store.
Help HR in recruiting by holding Technical interviews.
Make Time and Motion Study for production lines and increasing the productivity.
Assuring the smooth flow of materials and continuously work.
Analysis the problems and share the solution.
Cut the cost of Materials and find new sources (Local and Foreign).
Familiar on Payment method (T/T & LC).
