Facilities Management engineer responsible for electro mechanical systems and soft services of the building and technical advisor for Low current systems responsible for:
• Ensuring the correct operation of LC systems(FAS, BMS, ACS)
• Monitoring & reviewing the service providers O&M work including PM and CM on CAFM software and on site.
• Issuing work orders for correction if needed.
• Review and update asset list, PM plan and drawings regularly
• Coordinating with SP for the required spare parts and consumables for future plans
• Evaluating the SP work and give recommendations to improve site condition.
Electro-mechanical engineer for 44 royal floors at DOKAAE project responsible for:
• O&M of electromechanical systems.
• Preparing site reports under a CAFM system.
• Preparing the annual master plan, maintenance work orders and material and spare parts purchase requests
Electronics supervisor engr. at DOKAAE Project (Makkah Royal Clock Towers) responsible for:
• Taking over, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Preparing site reports under a CAFM system.
• Preparing the annual master plan, maintenance work orders and material and spare parts purchase requests.
For low current systems: BMS systems from Honeywell, Siemens and TAC by Schneider, Fire Alarm Systems from Esser by Honeywell and Edwards by General Electric, DTS Linear Heat Detection system and Fire suppression system for FM 200 gas.
Operation & troubleshooting of broadcasting equipment like Video switchers, audio mixers, cameras, Inscriber, Video routers & servers, etc.
• IT Eng. and network administrator
- IT broadcast solutions, Implementing and administering a Microsoft Windows Server network, implementing & managing Internet Security and Acceleration Server (ISA).
- Hardware & software installation & maintenance for all PCs.
Supervisor and member of installation and support for CCTV
systems, access control, fire alarm and biometric attendance
systems.
