- Respond to Design Clarification/Queries concerning the Rail Systems Contractors Detailed Design Deliverables.
- Witness Installation testing, Site Acceptance Testing and Commissioning.
- Supervising of Electromechanical Installation.
- Reviewing of Design, shop drawing, Material, Equipment Selection& Agreement,

In Dubai Metro Project
- Responsible on the Environmental Control System (ECS/BMS) and the Tunnel Control System (TCS) all over the Project.

Duties :
- Reviewing of Design, shop drawing, Material, Equipment Selection& Agreement,
- Reviewing the Method Statements and ITP.
- Supervising of Electromechanical Installation.
- Preparing the Progress Reports.
- Testing and Commissioning Coordinator for MEP systems.
- Performing factory inspections and Factory Acceptance Test ‘FAT’.
- Performing on site testing type and series tests ‘SAT’.
- Performing Interface Site Acceptance Test ‘ISAT’.
- Testing and Commissioning Activities including the handing over of the project and the Follow of DLP “Defect and Liability Period” lifting of Remarks/Snags.
- Reviewing of Operation & Maintenance Manuals
- Reviewing of as built drawing.
- Reviewing of spare parts list & handing over of spare parts.
- Prepare the tenders &. Lead tendering and contract terms to achieve the company order intake.
- Reviewing of Designs, Supervising of Electromechanical Installation, Testing, and Commissioning including the handing over of the project and the guaranty period and lifting of remarks.
- Reviewing of as built drawing.
- Preparation of spar part list & handling over of spar part.
- Making the Development, Maintenance requirements & field change.
- Training of Operation and Maintenance Team.
- Supervising of Maintenance Contract (SPIE ENERTRANS CO) during the period from 2002 to 2003.
