(A) HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning):-
- Preparation, Estimate and Review of HVAC Load, systems design criteria,
Calculation sheets and design reports in line with the national and international codes and standards.
- Selection of HVAC Equipment, Fans and other Accessories.
- Chilled water piping, Riser Diagram and Duct System Design.
- Prepare of Equipment Schedules, Chiller Circuit and Control Work.
- Prepare Auto CAD, Revit MEP Drafting According Designed HVAC System.

(B) Plumbing (Water Supply, Drainage and Storm water):-

-Pump Head calculations, Pump, water Heater and sanitary items selection, loading Unit Calculations & Pipe Sizing, Materials, Fittings and Valves quantity take off and Execution of Installation.
-Testing and Commissioning of Water supply Pipeline, Drainage Pipe Line, Storm Water Pipeline, Water Tank, Water Heater, Booster Pump, Transfer Pump, Sump Pump and controls etc.
(C) Fire Fighting (Sprinkler System, Hose reel and Clean ):-
-Workshop Drawing Preparation.
- Pump Head calculation, Materials, Fittings & Valves quantity take off, Execution of Installation.
-Testing & Commissioning of GI Pipeline, Sprinkler, Hose reel, Dry Risers, Wet Risers, Foam System, Halogenated Extinguishing Agent Systems & Fire Pumps (Diesel Pump, Jockey Pump & Electric motor Pump) as per Civil Defense Regulations & standard ).
Design and optimization of mechanical components (steel parts, tanks, enclosures, cable end boxes, bus ways ) for three phases electrical transformers by using CAD design and 3D modeling.
Develops manufacturing drawings CAD and 3D in accordance with
Applicable standards IEC, DIN, ISO.
Construct and oversee technicians in construction of developed systems Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
Major Projects had been finished in Elsewedy Factory :
Making the mechanical design for 10MVA transformer for (CFC - District Cooling-Cairo Festival City) first dry type transformer with these rate in the Middle East.
Prepared the technical data with necessary drawings sheets (CAD-3D Solid Works) for KHRAMA -Qatar tender prequalification. Making the mechanical design for transformer 1000KVA & 500KVA prototype which is approved by KHRAMA.
Prepared the technical data with drawings sheet for DEWA- DUBAI ELECTRICITY & WATER AUTHORITY.
Prepared the technical data with necessary drawings sheets for KUWAIT tender prequalification.
Making the mechanical design(sheet metals-structures-enclosures) for transformer 1000KVA prototype by CAD- 3D SolidWorks which is approved from MINISTRY OF ELECTRICITY & WATER
Making the mechanical design and bill of materials for order KING Abdullah financial district- Saudi Arabia which is more than 200 transformers.
