► Ain Sokhna Port Development Project:
- Collect and analyze geotechnical and construction information for the project in order to develop the most suitable implementation plan.
- Manage the work team, equipment, and construction materials by regularly monitoring site information to ensure the progress of the execution process according to the planned cost and time.
- Control the execution process by ensuring compliance with project specifications, conditions, industry standards, and deliver the work to the execution supervisor consultant by request for inspection.
► Technical Office at The Company's Headquarters:
- Study the specifications and analyze the prices of items, and prepare the necessary bids and documents for entering the tender.
- Review and match the structural and architectural drawings, and conduct the engineering quantification for all items according to the measurement description, prepare a bill of quantities and complete the project delivery procedures.
- Prepare and approve price variation documents.
► Ain Sokhna Port Development Project:
- Control the execution process by ensuring compliance with project specifications, conditions, industry standards, and deliver the work to the execution supervisor consultant by request for inspection.
- Reinforcement Steel Workshop: Modify the shop drawing and complete missing elements to align with the working conditions and available execution capabilities.
- Reinforcement Steel Workshop: Prepare Bar Cutting List and BBS tables.
- Reinforcement Steel Workshop: Generate a daily report for the quantification of reinforcement steel quantities, including stock, in-progress in the reinforcement steel workshop, and scrap resulting from the manufacturing process. Also, track procurement requests and subcontractors' invoices with the technical office.
- Reinforcement Steel Workshop: Control and monitor the manufacturing process of reinforcement steel cages for various structural elements in the project to ensure their quality, compliance with the engineering design, project specifications, and recognized industry standards.
- Reinforcement Steel Workshop: Receive reinforcement steel cages from subcontractors and deliver them to the execution supervision consultant.
► New National Cancer Institute, Sheikh Zayed City (Shoring Inpatient Building Project):
- Control the execution process by ensuring compliance with project specifications, conditions, industry standards, and deliver the work to the execution supervisor consultant upon request.
► Rehabilitation Of Quay 96:
- Train on receiving the execution works of sheet piles and pile cap slab and delivering them to the execution supervision consultant in accordance with the engineering designs, project conditions, and specifications.
- Train on quantifying the quantities of concrete, reinforcement steel, and sheet piles from the engineering drawings of the project.
