• Designing electrical layouts of big projects (hospitals, schools, hotels, stations, government bulding, intersection(roads-bridge tunnel).
• Review the electrical engineering designs and resolving E&I engineering problems at site.
• Leading the part of electrical team manpower, equipment and site mobilization
• Planning & Reviewing complete E&I reports of the project
• Prepare planning, progress, material status. Construction monitor daily activities of E&I department.
• All construction material identifying and submitting for client approval
Manage the electrical construction works of the Government projects.
Monitoring the operation and maintenance at Bu-Khamseen projects & Factory for Aluminum .
Manage the electrical construction works for four projects of education & Health ministry .
Monitoring the operation and maintenance at Bu-Khamseen Factory for Aluminum .
Preparing the Electrical & Mechanical Bids ..
Manage all electrical and instrumentation works during both construction and pre-commissioning periods to the complete satisfaction of the project owner's representative.
Site coordination with all among parties during the both construction and pre-commissioning.
Follow up punch list activities in each area separately...
Monitoring and witnessing all HV/MV/LV cables splicing, puling, termination and testing and cable tray, cable trench, duct bank, wires and branch cable conduit, instrument air line, impulse tubing for instrument.
Monitoring and witnessing installation and testing of lightning protection and electrical / instrument earthing systems.
Monitoring the installation and testing of all E&I equipment's (e.g. HV/MV/LV Switchgears, MCC`s, DP`s, transformers, UPS, stand by generators/turbines, ATS, control panels, HVAC systems, pumps, power factor correction equipment's, lighting systems,
Check the fire alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV, central data, cabling systems LAN, fire fitting systems, motor operated valves, cathodic protection systems, heat trace systems, instrument control panels, consoles & desks, instrument interface panels &junction boxes, communication systems, public address & general alarm systems, …….etc )
Check inline Instrument control valve, on-off valve, flow, level, pressure, temperature transmittal calibration, installation, cabling and termination,
loop checking, pre-commissioning, commissioning and logic function testing of offline instruments (transmitter, junction box, local panels, switches, beacon, horn, analyzer house, shelter, air volume tank )and control systems.
Check the DCS/PCS, ESD system and F&G, PLC’s systems.
Checks the material inspection request (MIR) to ensure the materials delivered at site are as approved ordered.
Prepare the request for inspection (RFI) and attached all the drawing and as-built.
Conversant with the approved Health & Safety HSE policies / QA/QC procedures are implemented during inspection activities
Generally supervise day to day testing activities.
* Preparing the Bids related to (SSSD) for Organization, Oil companies & Hospitals .
* Planing, implementing and evaluating sales-promotion campaigns.
* Responsible on the training of the sales person.
* Organize & implement quarterly and annual training plan for sales person.
* Achieve yearly target .
* Represent the Company in the international seminars & Budget Meeting.
* M&E Sales on regular basis and submit progress reports.
* Monitoring the local market, and analyzing the competition / benchmarking .
* Follow-up invoices workflow within the company, in liaison with finance department.
* Carry out the training evaluation & assessment and analayzing the feedback received from the participants and giving comments / suggestions for the improvement of training programs.
