1- Industry 4.0:
Creating and leading the implementation of a 5 Years roadmap for digital transformation that contains below
topics:

# Digital Applications: Digitizing and simplifying routine jobs in different departments to achieve savings in
effort, Time, and money, and increase the quality of information.
# IOT: examples on internet of things could be (MES: Manufacturing Execution Server, EMS: Energy monitoring
system, CMS: Condition Monitoring System, …..)
# Big Data Analysis: Data could be magic if it was well engineered, Structured, and historically stored, Soware
working on big data analysis could identify patterns and predict scenarios, It will be very helpful in many future
projects for maintenance, quality, and other departments.
# VR & AR: Both Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality could be used for many applications in safety,
Production, and maintenance, to create simulations, Training material, and enhance reality for better
judgements and safer working environment.
# There are some other applications like COBOTS and AGV

2-Industrial Network Cybersecurity:
- Responsible for ensuring that all our industrial networks and applications are having all the needed security
measures like (Antivirus updates, Windows Security Patches, Application Security check lists, penetration
Tests)
- Inventory of all our industrial network items (Switches, Sensors, Servers, .....)
- Following locally the implementation of a global cybersecurity action plan with the global cybersecurity
officer.

In addition to the previous scope of maintenance planning & Scheduling, and being responsible of SAP PM Module, and predictive maintenance program, My scope expanded to include:
1- Managing Spare Parts store ( Inventory management, Lead Time analysis, Consumption rate analysis, Equipment & Spares criticality analysis, Ensuring with storekeepers that the proper storing conditions are applied)
2- Material planning (closing the loop between maintenance planning and the spares store by activating the role of material planning in terms of preparing lists of exceptionally needed spares for shutdowns/ transitions, preparing lists of required spares each year for routine maintenance jobs, reviewing stock values, and issued PRs to ensure that the department is working within the planned budget.
3- In Transitions and shutdowns i am responsible for the planning and follow up of all the running activities (Maintenance & Production )
4- Monthly reporting of maintenance cost analysis, and propose (sometimes lead) cost reduction projects.
5- Delivering quarterly deployment of the department KPIs (Paretos to locate the saving opportunities, and bridges from the current KPI Value to the target with identified projects to reach the target)
6- Co-Leader of WCM Reliability Pillar in the plant, aligned with the department vision which is driven from the company strategic drivers, and company vision, Reducing breakdowns, Reducing Maintenance cost, Reducing spares cost, and improving the OEE.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Planning:
1. Planning, scheduling, and coordinating corrective, preventive & predictive.
2. Measure & review Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
3. Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly maintenance reports.
4. Calculating & monitoring equipment’s performing rates.
5. Corporate maintenance in determining Work orders priorities.

monthly vibration readings, and analyse them using DDS Soware.
