• Responsible for issuing bill of materials for repairing and assembly newequipment.

• Initializing all Assembly, Repair and Testing Reports and reporting itall to Workshop Manager.
• Make sure with full supervision on Workshop Engineers and technicians that all repair, assembly process and
Testing of Equipmentafter assembly are done according to Novomet Engineering standards and procedures.
• Prepare Checklists for all workshop Machinery and Testing benches as daily and monthly checking as a kind
of Protective Maintenance.
• Prepare Purchasing requests for all missing in workshop.
• Record all Incoming and outgoing equipment as outstanding list.
• Revise all workshop documentation activities such as assemblychecklists, job orders, Bill of
Materials, Testing Reports
• Creating a plan for assembly and repair to keep a stock of equipmentall the time.
• Keep Workshop up to 5S standards.
• Revise all Workshop Procedures and Keep up to date all the time.
• Perform A planned Training to all workshop Members in all ESP system and perform Daily Tool box talk
about safety issues and Headquarter alerts.
• Initiate Internal monthly audits for all sections to make sure all process is done as per Procedures and
quality standard
• Initiating NCRS for any issue related to quality of incoming inspection, during repair, test or malfunction
of any part
• Initiate corrective action plans to solve the NCRs
• Initiate list of tools and gauges require calibration and follow up with back up set.
• Reporting all workshop progress to workshop Manager and any other task as per need.

• Testing of Induction Motors and Permanent Magnet Motors (Tape in and Plug in types). including
Resistance Test, Hi-Pot Test Insulation resistance test & performance test
• Responsible for assembly and testing of Motor Lead Extensions (MLE).
• Responsible for new and repair cable inspection, testing and put repair plans for used cables after
returning from wells.
• Responsible for Cable Splicing according to Borets Standards and Procedures.
• Responsible for Load And No Load Testing for Surface Equipment (Transformers, Variable Speed Drives)
• Responsible For Down-Hole Sensors Functional Test (Oxford, Zenith, Novomet, GRC ) Types.
• Put calibration plans for workshop tools to be always valid for usage.
• Issue Bill of materials for New and repair Motors, MLEs for assembly and repair process.

quality standards

Electrical Site Engineer (Professional Engineering Services) Company from April 2016 till December
2017.
Company is specialized in Industrial Buildings Electrical Construction, Commissioning and Automation Works
Construction Engineer: -
• Make installation for all types of panels MCC, MDP, ACC, JB, PLC, MV Cells and lighting panels.
• Make cable routing for all types of cables using cable trays as ladder, and pipes with its all sizes.
• Pulling all types of cables such as power, control, MV and communication cables.
• Make installation for all types of digital and analogue sensors.
• Make installation for all lighting systems.
• Make installation for Earthling and Lightning Systems.
• Make installation for all light Current Systems (Fire Alarm system, CCTV, Sound System,
Data System and Access Doors System.)
Commissioning and Start Up Engineer: -
• Make testing for panels such as MCC, ACC and local control panels.
• Make testing and measuring for cables (low voltage and control cables).
• Supervision on termination of all panels.
• Start up all the equipment in the site such as fans, oil and water pumps, compressors, Belt
conveyors, and air blowers.
Quality Control Engineer: -
• Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope necessary to achieve the quality of construction
required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed on or off
site.
• Carry out inspections and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensure activities at
the site area as per approved method of statement and inspection test plan.
• Coordinate with the consultant representative for inspection and meeting about quality problems
including the closure of non-compliance reports.
• Report to QC / QA Team leader, control and monitor all activities related to quality systems.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly reports of work progress.
• Taking Care of QC/QA documents of the entire project including certificates, Calibration, Test
results, Inspection Requests, NCRs, Site instructions, permanent delivered materials documents
and other QC/QA documents.
