PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Deanship of e-learning at Tabuk university
The project aims to providing an e-learning solution for 40000
students and developing e-content curriculum at the
University of Tabuk.
Planning was done with the work team and the
implementation of the project, and my role was advisory in
applying best practices at the level of e-learning to help the
university obtain an integrated system that provides elearning
services to students.
Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
The project aims to improve the e-learning platform of the
Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
My role was to propose the best solutions and practices to
improve the platform's work and meet the client's needs
through project management and consulting
Saudi Council of Engineer
The project aims to develop an e-learning platform for the
Saudi Council of Engineers to meet the remote training
needs of all engineers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to
develop integration with the electronic payment system.
My role in the project was a consultant for e-learning services
in addition to analysing the project and developing
operational plans for the project team.
MOE Future Gate
The project aims to provide a supportive learning
environment for the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia, as the project includes e-learning services for
more than 500, 000 students in the elementary and
preparatory stages.
My role in the project is to manage the project, resources,
communicate with the client and work to achieve the needs
of the ministry, starting with developing the e-learning
platform - proposing the infrastructure for the project -
integration with the ministry’s systems such as the Noor
System - Single Sign-On - Electronic Library (LOR).
Sohar University - eLearning system
The project aims to improve the e-learning system at Sohar
University in Oman and to provide and implement e-learning
solutions.
My role in the project, studying the weaknesses of their elearning
system, planning for updating the system, services,
and infrastructure, implementing the project.
Dhofar University - eLearning system
The project aims to improve the e-learning system at Dhofar
University in Oman and to provide and implement e-learning
solutions.
My role in the project, studying the weaknesses of their elearning
system, planning for updating the system, services,
and infrastructure, implementing the project.
Real Estate General Authority
The project aims to develop and implement an e-learning
project to fulfill the requirements of the Saudi Real Estate
Institute in training associates remotely, providing
educational content and the latest e-learning techniques.
My role in the project is analyzing project requirements,
proposing an e-learning system, and developing and
implementing the system.
Digital Government Authority (Q-tech)
The project aims to develop the Q-Tech platform on an
ongoing basis by collecting requirements from the
appointees, analyzing them, approving the requirements, and
then working with the development team to implement the
requirements.
My role in the project is a scrum master.
