• Execution of concrete works in an engineering manner involves the coordination
reinforcement and carpentry tasks, ensuring precise implementation, overseeing acceptance of
works from contractors, providing comprehensive guidelines, and ultimately delivering the
consultant the completed tasks on schedule.
• Responsible for waterproofing, backfilling concrete foundations, leveling general site
activities, isolating basement walls, and coordinating tasks among contractors as per
schedules to ensure systematic execution and timely completion of the works.
• Ensuring the quality of materials used on-site and maintaining environmental cleanliness by
regularly removing waste. Additionally, preserving the overall appearance.
• Handling concrete and finishing items (insulation, structures, plaster, marble, etc.) in the
project, presenting solutions, addressing issues, making modifications to drawings, and
providing daily reports to the project manager

• Preparing monthly or periodic progress reports, detailing the work completed, the percentage
of completion, and the corresponding financial claims (progress bills).
• Ensuring that contractors and suppliers submit accurate and timely progress reports to
facilitate billing.
• Ensuring that construction work on-site is carried out according to the technical drawings
and specifications.
• Addressing unforeseen challenges on-site by making technical adjustments to the design and
providing solutions to construction teams.
• Developing project timelines and schedules based on the construction milestones.
◦ Tracking and ensuring that tasks are being completed on time and that delays are
managed effectively.
◦ Reporting any delays or issues impacting the project timeline and suggesting corrective
actions.
◦ Ensuring that all materials used meet project specifications and industry standards.
◦ Collaborating with suppliers to ensure that materials are tested for quality before being
used on-site.
◦ Coordinating the delivery and storage of materials required for construction.
◦ Ensuring that all final inspections and assessments are completed.
◦ Preparing as-built drawings and documentation for the client upon project completion.
◦ Preparing and submitting final reports that document the execution of the project, as well
as any deviations from the initial plans.
◦ Ensuring that all construction activities comply with the specified quality standards and
regulations.
◦ Conducting Site Inspections: Performing regular site inspections to verify that
construction is proceeding according to the approved drawings and specifications.
◦ Reviewing and analyzing design specifications, drawings, and documents.
◦ Preparing detailed design calculations, technical reports, and cost estimates.
◦ Creating and reviewing plans using design software like AutoCAD and Revit.
◦ Providing technical assistance to site engineers during construction to resolve

◦ Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ):
◦ Estimating the quantities of materials, labor, and other resources required for the project.
◦ Preparing cost breakdowns and managing project budgets.
◦ Preparing shop drawings for all concrete elements (Slabs, Beams, Columns, Foundations)
using AutoCAD Structure Detailing.
