- Manage preparation of method statement submittals in
with safety standards .
- Followings all required modifications at Site
- Manage site supervision staff.
- Manage site works coordination, progress and
performance.
- Manage site works quality and safety process in line with
standards and company Quality & HSE plan.
Checking aluminum shop drawings for installation with its
cutting list guide.
- Installation all aluminum works as ( windows, doors,
structure glazing curtain wall, spider system glass,
cladding, sky light )
- Handing over aluminum works to the consultant.
- Making & monitoring the project time schedule.

- Coordinating the inspections as required by QA/QC
procedures;
- Ensuring safety procedures & practices are followed

- Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical
calculations to determine erection processes, staff

- Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to
resolve production
- Problems, maximize erection reliability, and minimize
cost.
- Confer with vendors, staff, and management personnel
regarding erection progress.
