-This Maintenance Plane Can Be at:
i.The High voltage equipments such as The Main transformers (11KV/575V) or the Auxiliary transformers (575v/400v),
ii.AC Motors: Checking the (over current & over temperature) circuit breakers, hearing the sound of a motor as an indicator in case of troubles, making sure that the coils are kept dry and free from oil or other abuse.
iii.DC motors: Checking the commutator & brushes leads check Heaters, Test field coils and armature windings using the Megger test, clean the ventilation screens and fans, Wipe off dust, dirt.
iv.Manage All Automation Software And Hardware Problems Related To:
1-AC Drives like (Danfoss Drive / Tmeic GE Drive), Making tests on the IGBT (insulated-gate bipolar transistor) units, Fuses and Cards Found inside the drives.
2-DC Converters Making Tests on the Thyristors, Diodes and Bus-bars Found inside.
ALSO I Have a Good Experience In:
a)Different Programmable Logic Controllers Systems Like : (Siemens S5 - Siemens S7 - GE : General Electric - Codesys)
b)The Concept Of How The Drive Is Working and how to get out the variable frequency AC voltage Using the IGBT (insulated-gate bipolar transistor) Unit & PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) Technique.
•Provides the necessary maintenance when malfunction occurs & Making the Elevator’s Control System.
