- Support project/programme managers to establish and monitor project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and financial/non-financial benefits. Identify consistent areas of improvement across all projects and programmes to recommend and influence required policy change.

- Act as a liaison with business leadership and third-party service providers, and individual contractors deployed on projects and enhancements.
- Maintain and enforce the use of policies, procedures, methodologies, and standards to ensure effective planning and delivery of services, management of vendors and customers.
IT Project Manager Role:
• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of the project.
• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

- Create, manage, respond and drive to resolution support cases submitted by clients experiencing challenges within the specified SLA.
