Working in Viaduct " Bridges " Sector in Riyadh metro project and was responsible for the construction of 5 bridges each was 4 km length.
Work include Piling works, Concrete Columns ans segment installation.
Then post tenting and bridge leveling.
Riyadh Metro Project
-To identify all the interfaces together with the stakeholders and other contractors
- To lead the creation and updating of the Interface Control Document (ICD) associated with each interface recorded within the interface register
- To maintain an index of all ICD versions on the project to be used as the reporting tool for interface issues including the status of each interface
- To organize and lead the interface review meetings with the stakeholders and other contractors
- To suggest and facilitate reaching agreements and optimal solutions regarding all interface information pertinent to, and necessary for, the successful execution of obligations
- To control and monitor the interface resolution of each interface
- To undertake interface progress assessment to identify delay and initiate remedial action if necessary
- To report to the interface manager all the critical areas and potential conflicts
- To consult regularly with the representative of design and construction departments to inform them about the actual status.
- To attend progress meetings with the Engineer
- To control and monitor the inter package Interface
- To ensure the interfaces are under change and configuration management including state, version and authorization status
- Initiating meetings to address particular issues, affecting the programme with respect to specific interfaces as required.
- Ensuring updated information regarding Interface management process and specifically agreeing with interfacing entities system requirements apportioning into sub-requirements and their allocation
- To coordinate and integrate external technical interfaces with external stakeholders who are engaged in the development and delivery of the Consortium Entities designs
