• Design policies and procedures related to Health, Safety and Environment across functions.
• Promote Safety culture throughout GCCIA, and ensure abidance by established health & safety requirements.
• Establish Health Safety Environment & Security management system.
• Prepare emergency action plans.
• Eliminate incident injuries risk and minimize property damage and adverse environment impact.
• Ensure workers and company assets are protected.
• Investigate accidents to identify causes and to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.
• Promote health and safety literature and awareness through safety training and education programs, and demonstrating the use of safety equipment.

• Ensure that Health Safety Environment & Security protection standards, guidelines, policies and other related matters meet or exceed set standards.
• Ensure that scheduled safety, health and environmental Audits are conducted in all functions. Generate observation reports.
• Evaluate/recommend approval of Contractor’s safety qualification to enter a job contracts.
• Ensure that data on safety, health and environmental accidents/incidents and accident/incident analysis & statistics are prepared, documented and kept.
• Verify that safety equipment s is available to employees, and monitor their use of such equipment to ensure proper fit and use.
• Identify adequate fire protection, security, environment service and equipment providers, and manage their performance through audits and tests.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for department operations.
• Establish standards of performance and productivity.
• Monitors departmental activities and effects chance as needed to improve services.
• Serves as a member of the hospital safety committee. Responsible for the development, implementation and training of fire safety and hazard communication programs. Ensures that safety programs confirm to applicable affect patient care, safety of buildings, grounds employees and the public.
• Gathers, interprets, and delivers information to staff in a timely fashion.
• Ensure that staff understands information, as evidenced by staff compliance with, and participation in, hospital programs, seminars, training, and related activities.
• Attends all required safety programs.
• Provides complete and accurate responses to safety questions.
• Ensures a safe environment by instituting appropriate control measures.
• Maintains open communication using the appropriate chain of command regarding issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of all hospital and patient information at all times.
• Participates in JCIA preparation and survey process.
• Participates in quality management and development administration activities.
• Participates in emergency and disaster procedures.
• Performs other duties within the realm of his/her knowledge and ability as required.

• Performs the following tasks relative thereto :
1. Provide recommendation in the selection and recruitment of staff.

3. Prepare/recommend and monitor department budget.
4. Approves work assignment, leave schedules, supplies requisitions.
5. Provide assistance in the orientation and skills upgrading of staff.
• Establishes procedures for departmental tests, checks, inspections, safety procedures and general operations.
• Evaluates equipment. Makes recommendations for purchase of equipment.
• Provide operational instructions, check lists, schematics, flow diagrams, and test results for personnel.
• Coordinates with tie-ins or modifications to existing systems by hospital personnel and outside contractors to ensure minimal disruption of operations.
• Prepares and maintains department budget. Prepares plans, cost estimates, and work schedules for maintenance projects.
• Follows all prescribed safety procedures.
• Follow all hospital related policies and procedures.
• Participates in self and other’s education, training and development as applicable.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
1- Provide Technical Advice for safety/Fire prevention program, conducts survey/inspection of building machineries, mechanical processes to ensure conformance to safety rules and regulations.
2- Checks Hazards or undesirable operational conditions and increase the effectiveness of such features as mechanical safeguards.
3- Advices on procedures for disaster, internal and external code amber during emergency situations.
4- Administers full and total security program to protect the employees, patients, guests, and hospital property to include antiterrorism and force protection.
5- Interprets to subordinate all complex regulations, directives, manuals, IPP, safety and security programs ensuring that they follow all policies of the hospital.
6- Develop safety and hazards control techniques that minimize or eliminate unsafe operations and conditions.
7- Assist in the development of safety and security plan to protect assets and minimize property damage and work interruption.
8- Participate in self and others’ educations, training and development, as applicable.
9- Supervisory role with responsibility for planning/ oversight/ evaluation of safety and security operations for employees, patients, and guests. Evaluates performance and reviews/ evaluates the contractor program.
I addition to my field experience of installation, programming and repair of the security access control system my job description includes:
1- Analyze current Hospital usage of CCTV Cameras equipment.
2- Survey Department who need to have CCTV Cameras installation and evaluate the needs.
3- Submit the requirement and the bill of quantity for the new areas to the requestor to fund the project.
4- Reviews blue print plan for new construction and renovations.
5- Forecasts equipment demands and projected traffic.
6- Designs and supervises all CCTV Camera equipment installation, programming, maintenance & troubleshooting, study and plan for future needs.
7- Reviews and plans for the construction of new cables, conduits and civil works of the new area installation.
8- Supervises Project technicians performing system installation, programming and repair.
9- Coordinate with other Hospital Department in regard of system installation and operation needs.
10 - Supervises outside contractor activities performing work on Hospital CCTV cameras and equipment installations.
11 - Supervises all CCTV project personnel and follow-up the daily activities.
12- Implement the safety rules for all the sites.
Same as above for Access Control System
1- Supervises all Project personnel technicians and follow-up the daily activities.
2- Supervises all Project technicians performing Access control installation, Troubleshooting & programming.
3- Preformed several special work assignments.

Implement, and supervise CCTV project 420 IP mega pixel camera. 9- Plan, Implement, and supervise Access control 120 doors. 10-Plan for Disaster plan 11- Plan for Fire Evacuation & rescue plan “ Fire Drill” 12-Familiar with the most international safety standard “NFPA,OSHA” 13- organize joint fire drill with cuvil defense 14- create safety management system 15- Project Manager for ISO45001 certificate
