-Monitoring for project progress against contractual duration and approved time program.
-Conducting progress, safety and quality management meetings.
-Review all contractual drawings and find out all discrepancies between Architectural drawings, structural and MEP drawings and sort them out prior to starting construction process.
-Review baseline time program, resources histogram and Progress S - Curve and cash in - cash out curve.
-Monitoring for Daily, weekly and monthly planning.
-Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly reports to the client.
-Write site instructions and letters to the contractor.
-Inspect all constructions elements.
-Inspect fit out/ finishing works.
-Reviewing B.B.S and shop drawings for steel reinforcements.
-Complying with the authorities’ regulation in construction field.
-Follow up material submittals, Maintain Quality controlling and quality assurance.
-Reviewing for technical method statement.
-Follow-up tests result in laboratory.
-Reviewing for as built drawings.
-Prepare all documents require for \[handing over\] and issuing final discharge.
-Studying Claims and variation orders and prepare appropriate analysis and participation in in decisions making meetings.
-Supports the internal technical office team in all tasks related to obtaining RTA, Utilities' related authorities' approvals/ NOC and information from external authorities and distributing.
-Reviewing, preparing and submitting the NOC applications for the construction, and coordination with other departments’ NOC’s relevant to the approvals.
-Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to the client & Consultant.
-Prepare all contractual drawings and find out all discrepancies between Architectural drawings, structural and MEP drawings and sort them out prior to starting construction process.
-Do proper Earn-value analysis for the project progress and crashing for activities in case of delay.
-Monitoring for project progress against contractual duration and approved time program.
-Maintain Quality controlling and quality assurance.
-Complying with the authorities’ regulation in construction field.
-Prepare shop drawings, material submittal, safety plan, quality plan and as built drawings.
-Reviewing Coordination drawings between the MEP services, structural and architectural drawings.

-All official communications with Client, Consultant and Sub-Contractors.
-Supervise and Manage the Safety Measures comply with DM safety Rules & Regulations.
-Preparation & following up with Consultant and Clients of all project payments.
-Cost Management & Time Frame with top priority.
