1-Revision of SADAF electrical system procedures according to international standards and
SHEMS (Safety, health and environment standard.
2-Awareness of all SABIC SHEMS particularly(SHEM 8.05 Electrical safety) to enhance work
implementation without class A, B, C incident and reduce class D incident.
3-Technical support for maintenance when they are raising e-TSR (electronic technical
service request) investigating the problem and give the recommendation to solve the issue.
4-Technical support for projects with PDD (Project development department) from project
initiation, revision of the design, evaluation of the proposed technical offers until installation
and monitoring its quality assurance according to SABIC engineering standard.
5- Review and modify SADAF SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedure) for the preventive and
corrective maintenance according to my last experience and SES (SABIC Engineering
Standard).
6- Study the bad actors (repeated failures in the electrical systems) assigned in the SAP
system; analyze the failure; give the recommendation to increase system reliability.
7-Condut the Root Cause Analysis for failure incidents in electrical systems based on my last
experience and intensive received courses in the RCA.
8- Prepare and conduct technical training sessions for the maintenance and technical team.
9-Follow up and enhance SHEM 8.05 (electrical safety) with the maintenance team for the
major maintenance jobs; carry out risk assessment to do the job safely
10- Identify threat in MTA tools (Mitigate threat actions) for the
electrical systems.
In General Petroleum Company (GPC Egypt):
1- Maintenance and operation based on (CMMS-MAXIMO) of Generator gas turbine power
station. Three generator Gas turbine (Ruston Gas Turbine Co Ltd England) are 6.6 KV 3
Mega. Watt for each one with all of its auxiliaries (Starter motors, AC lubricating oil pump,
DC lubricating oil pump, turbine ventilation motor, Generator ventilation motors, air filter
purge motors, oil cooler fan motors, Black start generator, starter modules for all auxiliaries
(MCC), UPS cabinets of turbine control modules with its batteries.
2-Analysis and diagnosis of gas turbine power failures signals, alarm signals and start
inhibit signals with the instrumentation and mechanical teams to solve all of shutdown
problems to limit shut down time and maintain power quality for loads in addition reliability
3-Generation and developing of maintenance procedures for preventive maintenance in
according to international standard.
4- Put the technical specification for spare parts (PO’s) and conduct technical study to select
the suitable for hazard area (Ex) according to international standards.
5- Supervision and technical quality assurance of maintenance procedures in the
computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), based on maintenance program

(MAXIMO) to perform preventive maintenance (PM’s) for all of the electrical system in
natural gas condensate recovery plant with the following details :
**Maintenance and operation of Medium voltage switchgear 6.6 KV with its power system
networks and DC control systems for all site loads.
** Maintenance of 6.6 KV -2 MVA med- voltage motors for propane compressors chillers in
gas plant and RC compressor med- voltage motor.
**Maintenance of step down transformer (6.6KV/0.4KV) which feeds all of low voltage
loads in condensate recovery plant also maintain its med voltage Circuit breakers.
**Maintenance of step up transformer (6.6KV/11KV) which sending power to another plant
far from main plant to supply crude oil fields in addition another site (compressor gas
station) and its med voltage system.
**maintenance of all of low voltage motors, protection relays, and motor control centers
(MCC) for Gas plant.
**Maintenance of low voltage motor, starter panels for crude oil well pumps and crude oil
shipping pumps in crude oil fields.
** Testing and calibration of over load relays and molded case circuit breakers.
In Saudi Telecom Company (STC):
1-Maintenance of diesel engine generator units up to two MVA for each unit and its control
centers and ATS panels feeding data centers.
2-Maintenance of central air conditioning units, chillers, AHUs required for power station,
control rooms, data center and server cabinets.
3- Test and Maintenance of grounding systems in the site to maintain protective ground for
hazard area according to IEC standard.
5-Maintenance of UPS and battery chargers feeding server cabinets.
6- Maintenance of all site power system networks (distribution substations, SF6 circuit
breakers, underground cables, air circuit breakers and molded case circuit breakers).
Handled and supervised Electrical projects in the site
* Full Site contribution in 2015 SADAF EDC turnaround giving technical support and quality assurance
for the project of Installing 2 new transformer in (Ethylene dye chloride plant) each 2x15358 KVA
13.8 KV/0.4KV including test and commissioning for the project with ABB Switzerland. These
transformers feeds rectifier in chlorine cell line.
* Study and evaluation for the project of change SADAF low voltage system from 110 V to 220V.
* Technical support and study for the project of Installing 2 hydrogen analyzer for Chlorine cell (EDC)
* Study, evaluation and technical support for the project of Styrene plant control room renovation
(SADAF- SABIC).
* Technical support for the project of installing combustible gas detection in kitchen area (SADAF).
* Installing and commissioning of central air conditioning for control rooms and motor control center
house in the same site (GPC Egypt).
* Updating of generator gas turbine control system to Siemens step 7 PLC with load shedding and
load sharing of generators and studies all quotations from contractor companies. (GPC Egypt).
* Project of Installation of two Villas in the site conducting quality assurance for its electrical power
