Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Performing and carrying out all complex/advanced electrical installations, electrical inspection, maintenance and corrective repairs of the electrical generators and control panels, keeping all site generators (Main & Standby) working in good condition at all times.
• Performing daily inspection and check of generators oil, coolant, fuel levels, ensuring that at optimal level.
• Performing scheduled and/or periodic parts replacement (oil, oil/fuel filters, coolant, belts. etc.).
• Make list of required parts and to be shared with the project manager.
• Supervise of generators’ operators and provide them with the basic training.
• Provide daily/monthly maintenance activity report, issues existing, improvement needed to the project manager.
Works and Activities:-
• Maintain and repair various electronic and electrical devices, TVs, LCD screen, PCs, UPS power devices, DC/AC inverters, electrical malfunction of diesel generators, Biomedical devices, fuel filling machineries, and many other equipment at repair workshop and/or at sites.
• Troubleshoot and fixing PC, Laptop, Network devices, Printer issues (Hardware or Software issues).
• Calculate the estimated solar & electrical power required for operating any business application and executing the electrical installations.
• Install and repair solar energy systems, backup UPS power systems and implementing lighting projects.
• Install solar energy systems for solar submersible pump projects and performing troubleshooting and repair works.
• Install and implementing local wireless network projects (Hardware & Software installations).
• Install and repair Alarm and Surveillance systems and solving any connectivity/communication problems.
• Design, installing and implementing of different electrical control panels systems for most business applications.
My responsibilities :-
▪ Performing preventive maintenance, repair and modifications of various wireline downhole tools(open hole & cased hole) electronic assemblies, surface acquisition systems, modules, panels and Wireline logging units instruments.
▪ Performing Test, diagnostics and checks of downhole tools on surface by using surface acquisition systems, modules, panels and SFTs as required.
▪ Performing routine maintenance events such, Quality checks, FIT & TRIM checks of downhole tools and logging units and other equipment as per the guidelines procedures in maintenance manuals.
▪ Troubleshoot and assemble electromechanical assemblies.
▪ Performing maintenance activity independently, in accordance with my direct manager who is in Pakistan and carrying out leadership of E-Lab.
▪ Rework, repair and modify nonconforming equipment.
▪ Put the orders of required parts for down tools and maintaining inventory for maintenance activity in E-Lab.
▪ Providing technical support to field engineers at wellsites & shop and conducing training sessions for operators.
▪ Participating in configuring, preparing, utilizing and/or designing of pre-job test setups, tool strings and test equipment with Field Engineers.
• Report immediately to the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor all safety issues, equipment malfunctions, and changes in equipment operating conditions and getting PTW to start fixing.
▪ Ordering the required parts for down tools and maintaining inventory for maintenance activity in E-Lab.
▪ Performing other relevant tasks..
My Responsibilities :-

▪ Ordering the required parts for down tools and maintaining inventory for maintenance activity in E-Lab.
▪ Participating in configuring, preparing, utilizing and designing of pre-job test setups, tool strings and test equipment with Field Engineers.
▪ Performing other relevant tasks..
▪ training on Wireline downhole logging tools, surface acquisition systems, modules, panels and logging units..
▪ Knowledge and follow HSE standards and attending excessive safety meetings...
▪ clean and wash tools arrived from well site after job.
▪ make setups of downhole tools with operators to get ready for Engineers to perform pre-job test and diagnostics..
1- repair, maintain and troubleshoot all electronic equipmnet and electrical equipment (generators, engines).
2- repair and troubleshoot TVs, receivers, MP3, MP4, UPS power and cellphones devices and others...
3- perform electrical installations..
4- install and set up satellites devices...
1- repair, maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot all instrumentation detections equipement.
2- install and set up all instrumentation sensors.
3- install a new machinaries with perfect set up and install all relevants sensors...
4- perform preventative protective maintenance monthly.
5- check up motors functionality and calibrate all associated items.
6- offer dailly reports for the tasks done to my supervisor..
