Responsibilities:
The Primary Responsibility of the Position Is to Execute the It Duties,
Managing Components and Maintains the System Versions, And Handle It Application Operations to Provide the Required Support to The Business People and Customer \[Egyptian Exchange\].
Responsible of Managing Two Data Centers (Main and Disaster Recovery) In Terms of the Facility and Operation and Administration to Ensure the Availability, Reliability, Performance, And Recovery of All Systems and Services for The Facility.
Rebuild Dc Infrastructure Using Virtualization Technology.
Maintaining and Deploying the Latest Application Versions of
Production and UAT Databases, OMS Application Servers, Web
Servers, And Other Trading Related Components.
Monitoring Production Services During the Market Duration and
Attending to Customer Issues On Time.
Provide Application Support by Telephone Calls, Emails
Preparing Production Servers, O.S (Windows/Linux) And Applications
Installation.
•Working as A Part of Services Support Team
•Installation and configuring Mail, Web and DNS servers
•Configuring FTP server to maintaining the shared folders
•Integrating to Linux and windows clients using Samba server
•Managing printers, modems file systems
•Disk Management, partitioning tools like (fdisk) etc. and file system
•Configure High Availability services (clusters)
•Installing Newer Systems using system automation tools
•Configure and manage LVM on servers
•Perform Regular Backups (using Mondo or Clonezilla)
•Monitoring The System State
