•Involved in large-scale and VIP projects in Saudi Arabia such as SHARMA-Tabuk complex, Royal Palaces “Mena”, MOI Housing-“Jizan” and METRO projects.
•Highly involved within the sales procedure starting from selecting the suitable pumps solution as per the site’s requirements and not ending with closing the deal with the customer.
•Keeping a good balance between maintaining the loyal and old customers and creating new sales relationships.
•Progressively increased the market share by approx. 20% over the course of a one year and enhanced the number of effective customers by 50% before the end of the 1st year.
•Coordinate customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts and maintain friendly and professional customer interactions.

•Significantly distribute product knowledge with customers while making the needs-recommendations.
•I Believe in continues learning in both technical and theoretical aspects especially in the pumps industry, hence I usually participate in courses and seminars with GRUNDFOS.
•Fully operated under these projects: (NSN STC - 4G1) and (NSN STC - 3G6) as an Installation engineer.
•Spearheaded and coordinated installation teams to enhance productivity and quality of work.
•Successfully gained a good technical experience because of conducting a large scope of sites.
•Worked under this project: (NSN-STC managed-services) as a First-level-maintenance engineer.
•In a short period, I had been assigned a coordinator of approx. 2000 sites in Southern region.
The graduation project was about Multi-inputs Multi-outputs "MIMO" based wireless networks.
