● Preparing daily and weekly reports for the tunneling and infrastructure project and
sharing them with project managers to monitor activities (NEOM Project).
● Supervise site and subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with quality and
safety standards.
● Coordinated equipment allocation and supplier activities to secure timely resources.
● Conducted material quantity takeoff, verified invoices, and supported cost control.
● Employing the necessary equipment for mucking activity in tunnels to avoid delaying
the activity beyond its scheduled time.
● Participated in meetings with consultants and stakeholders to align on project progress
and requirements.
