▪Ensure that the execution of the project by the Contractor is strictly as per the project plan and in accordance with the Contract Documents.
▪Pursuing quality measures in its assurance and control parameters, through checking all shop drawing submittals, material submittal, inspections requests, and handover.
▪Supervise and guide other staff throughout the construction process.
▪Tracking project deliverables using project management tools.

▪Leading the execution team in their day to day activities to complete the project in time with good quality standard and safety accepts.
▪Checking and reviewing the plans and specifications for the proper construction and quality implementation at job site.
▪Monitoring the contractor's progress within the project schedule.
