Acheivments & Projects
1- In the construction project of the world largest PEPSI factory plant, where Honeywell have the scope of BMS & Security Systems (CCTV & ACS). It is my pleasure to be assigned as a Project Engineer to deliver the scope of Security Systems.
2- In two iconic projects when our team were facing hard times & critical commitments to meet. I was assigned there to support the team. I was selected because of my technical knowledge, communication skills & hard working. I used to work there for days & nights at site, finally the hard work was worth it & I am glad that I was up to the challenges & meet with the management expectations. Thanks to the team for their support & guidance.

Description:
Provide technical counsel & support to our clients, coordinate & perform the required maintenance visits (preventive, corrective & emergency). Do upgrade projects & retrofit jobs on operational buildings.

Acheivments & Projects
3- I was the first in Jeddah team to start customizing the preventive maintenance check lists by projects & sending it as visit scope to the client along with dates & duration of the visit. Doing so at that time helped enhancing the client impression on our service.
4- I was a part of the team for first upgrade to redundant BMS server, that when I got my BRAVO award for finishing the job in a recorded time less than estimated.
5- In the first Honeywell Central Command Center in Middle east region, where we had to connect BMS servers on 11 buildings to one Central Command Center using distributed servers architecture & redundant installation for the central system. I was selected because of my background knowledge with servers & data networks, also my ability to communicate in English & Arabic mainly to carry the communication at site with the client. Together I & the other team members were successfully able to provide the project deliverables that meet with the stake holders expectations.

Description:

As WCC Engineer in SSCL I was assigned to a project, me & the other WCC Engineer were managing a team of three Maximo Specialists & five Maximo Operators responsible for all work orders management & making the maintenance plans. Doing so by using Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo CMMS) to control work orders.

Description:
As a projects engineer in Adaa Projects Est, responsible for projects work, suppliers & subcontractors management for the following building electronics systems:
- Data network systems (UTP, Optical Fiber & Wireless).
- Telephone network systems.
- Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm).
- Building Management Systems BMS or BAS.
- Development of the department to include other building electronics systems (AV Systems, CATV System, Master Clock System & Nurse Call System).

Acheivments & Projects
6- In SAPTCO Riyadh main workstation project. I helped the main contractor by executing & final handing over to the consultant of our scope for data & telephone networks installations & testing within a recorded time of less than month.
7- Started as a part of electrical department, developed the low current systems with help & guidance of my manager to be standalone department.

Description:
Mandatory service that each graduate student must join for one year, as a network engineer in SUSTCC, responsible for:
- LANs & WLANs Design & Installation.
- SUST WAN monitoring & maintenance.

8- I was among the first to be selected for critical jobs (installation, upgrade or emergency on remote site) when time is a main constraint.
