Coordinating the implementation of the project as well as linking
the organization with the stakeholders and partners.
Ensuring that the project activities and outputs are implemented
promptly, as well as based on proposals, budgets, and plans.
Ensuring high-quality reports are submitted promptly and working
closely with the project team to ensure reports meet donor
requirements.
Establishing relationships with all partners including identification
of their priorities, concerns and managing expectations in regards
to project interventions.
Managing the stock, and ensuring that the distribution process is
timely and according to procedures.
Technically mentoring and supervising the project assistants and
volunteers as well as carrying out staff performance.
Planning and follow-up the activities of the project with the team
such as design tools and materials, Focus Groups Discussions,
Information dissemination events, Capacity building, and
awareness-raising activities.
Implementing training and meetings for different stakeholders
(householders, Schools teachers, Students, IBVs) in the project
activities and objectives.
Contributing to IBV recruitment, tracking, and payments according
to SoPs.
Representing ACTED at field level externally and internally such
as during donor visits and sectors meetings.
Ensuring that activities are designed and implemented that are
specifically include women, people living with disability, and other
vulnerable groups
