▪ Excellent construction knowledge of different construction disciplines such as construction, infrastructure, landscaping.
▪ Good knowledge in tendering/ bidding process.
▪ Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks, and opportunities.
▪ Responsible for implementation of the scope of work in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
▪ Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
▪ Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
▪ Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations and report it to project manager.
▪ Manage and Evaluate Subcontractor performance and review their monthly invoices.
▪ Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports to the Project Manager of any shortfalls of subcontractor’s works.
▪ Attend progress meeting with the Project Manager and be responsible for implementation of the instructions issued by the Project Manager.
▪ Coordinating & participating in preparing the claims & variation order.
▪ Monitor all the closeout document processes.

Project Description: The project generally comprises the engineering, procurement, construction, installation,
testing, commissioning, and remedying of Defects of the Qetaifan Island North Development, Phase 2,
Package 8 - and Landscape Project in an overall plot area of m²
