I am responsible for all workshop activities from service reception, workshop control, technicians and tools with any process related to work . This is plus building customer relations and satisfaction .
In addition to service advisor responsibilities, I was responsible for all workshop warranty process including checking job cards, crucial documents, technical reports, approvals and submitting claims .
I was responsible for receiving customer vehicles with complains, creating job cards, following up with workshop and parts for repair process, updating customers with details, negotiating costs & approvals, ensuring paid bills and delivering vehicles.
