Supervise and involving into the design process; from planning, design concepts to tender drawings to construction. A team leader and a team player, coordinates to other discipline; to make sure that the actual construction follows the agreed design and time schedule and budget monitoring. Hold meeting with clients, suppliers and design engineers. Supervising the quality of work/finishes as per set standard.
Meeting with clients and gathering data for the design requirements. Design conception from preliminary schemes to approved final drawings. Coordination with other design engineers prior construction drawings. Supervise and check of the on-going construction til project close-out.

Design concepts, planning spaces and project presentation.
Coordinates cad drawings to others trades in different levels at different nationalities. Regular site visits and inspection of on-going construction. Checks and approves shop drawings.
Prepares working drawings. Check and approves billing report as per accomplishment of the project by the Contractor. Site supervision and inspection of on-going construction. Check work in accordance to the contract documents.
Responsible in documentation, estimates and cad drawings. Supervision of on-going construction.
