Assure the availability of the items in each department
•Assure the top line items is always available in the shelves
•Assuring 100 percent availability of the promotional items every week
•Give designation to staff in their department and rest assure that they do their daily task
•Dealing with the suppliers regarding the orders and assure that they deliver the items on time
•Doing reports and monitoring the sales versus monthly budget
•Making strategic forecast and plan to improve the sales
•Assure that all items of the supplier is well merchandise, clean and in good condition before they leave the store
•Preparing and doing quarterly inventories
•Avoid shrinkage by reducing damages, and determine the known and unknown shrink

Supervises the sales staff in their daily assignment
•Monitors the daily sales of the store
•Takes immediate action on customers feedbacks and complains
•Reports the monthly sales
•Provides update sales and monthly inventories
•Attends monthly meeting conducted by the management

Attend to the customers needs and wants for a certain product
•Visualize and displays all the merchandize items in the store
•Provides update sales and monthly inventories on the assigned outlet
•Performs other assignment as directed bu Supervisors.
