Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
• PROJECT SECRETARY (reliever)
Full secretarial support for (PM) Project Manager and assisting in time to time basis.
Maintaining records of Permits/letters/incoming Memorandum & Circular.
Preparing for the Internal Progress Meeting in every 15th days of the month and maintaining records for the project team.
Recording and authoring Internal Progress Meeting.
Perform data-entry, printing and filing duties.
Support the officers and project team in daily admin roles and assist to keep stock of stationary supplies for the department.
Answering incoming calls.
• CORRESPONDENCE
Receiving & review incoming correspondence and ascertain the route/distribute to the other department to reply.
Acknowledging the letters to those persons/clients sending the correspondence.
Compiling data from records to prepare periodic reports.
Composing draft letters respond using a Company format & assign new Ref.no for responding and distribute to particular concern.
Reviewing correspondence format and typographical accuracy & assembling the information/attachment.
Sending info. mail attaching the final form draft letters to review the content by (PM) Project Manager & (GPM) General Project Manager.
Approved draft respond letters to be print on an Official Company header papers and submit to Official authorize
for signature, (PM) Project Manager
Maintaining files and control records of all Incoming and Outgoing letters correspondence.
• TRANSMITTAL
Receiving and updating records of all the incoming transmittal of Consultant/Clients.
Acknowledging all incoming transmittal, and distribute on the particular dept.
Composing document transmittal request form for other Vendors.
• VEHICLES
Preparing forms and Requesting records for office equipment Vehicles Authorization.
Encoding and Preparing reports of Equipment materials time sheet in a weekly / monthly schedule.
Managing reports for list of breakdown equipment and updating for weekly/monthly reports
• TEST REPORTS
Encoding & monitoring the Physical / Chemical test report submitted by the 3rd parties.
Preparing the pass test result to attach on RFIT.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
Compile all Documents of Finance/Accounting Dept.
Maintain and update filling all documents such as Payment voucher, Credit Voucher, Purchase Voucher, Journal voucher and all has relating in Finance/Accounting dept.
Scanning and encoding the details of all necessary documents in so called software “File Hold System”
Mailing and manage Data base systems.
Review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond on request.
Preparing schedule for inventory as a monthly basis in all documents.
Operate office machines such as photocopier and scanners, facsimile machines.
Troubleshoot minor problems involving office equipment.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities
Ø Produce and deliver Ice bag for American Soldiers.
Ø Monitor pressure gauges, ammeters, flow meters, thermometers, and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions of product consistency.
Ø Record temperatures, amount of materials processed. Air pressure & machine speed.
Ø Operating the conveyor, make sure that the flow speed and production of Ice bag are in a good sealed.
