ABOUT THE PROJECT AS 2ND PROJECT MANAGER FOR MAINTENANCE (JUBAIL& RAS
ALKHAIR HIGHWAY) 120KM.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review contract and specifications in its entirety.
- Assist Project Manager as requested.
- Assist with all schedule preparations and updates.
- Assist with quantity reporting, project costs and forecasting.
- Checking all activities at site with engineers everyday such as (Over laying of sand mix asphalt,
Median cable barrier repair, Erosion work, Sand removal, Cat eye installations, Guardrail
installation and Culvert cleaning).
- Ensuring that all engineering activities are correctly costed.
- Obtain pricing from subcontractors and vendors to include change orders.
- Requisition equipment and material deliveries as required.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, Suppliers and workforce to resolve project challenges & conflicts.
- Assist with monthly billing, cash flow projections, and change order processing.
- Prepare and maintain technical submittal list, permits etc.
- Plan, and Project Progress Schedule as required.
- Comply with notice requirements such as inspections, survey staking with client and/or
engineer, utility locations and adjustments, testing, claims, etc.
- Issue correspondence to subcontractors and vendors when revised plan and/or specifications
affects products or services.
- Perform additional assignments per the Project Manager’s direction.

- Having 4 years of experience with Petroleum, Chemicals & Mining Company Ltd._PCMC as QA/QC Civil Engineer in the field of construction, Quality Assurance and Quality Control in various projects such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical at Jubail, Ras ALKhair, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Control and monitoring all activities following Method Statement & Quality Management System.
- Responsible in quality & workmanship of every activities through knowledge of all phase of engineering (Civil, Structure & Architecture).
- Inspection for all types of materials.
- Conduct filed inspection in accordance with the quality requirement.
- Implement QA/QC procedures.
- Follow up for the corrective action on monitoring & non-conformance reports.
