• Driving strategic growth and fostering partnerships to achieve exceptional business expansion and revenue generation by performing gap analysis.

• Mentoring digitilization projects such as process digitalization and RPA technologies.

• Coaching, mentoring, Empowering and motivating the team members to achieve organizational goals technically & commercially.
• Setting strategies and monitoring progress of the team towards goals by adopting the latest technologies.
• Leading & Managing the team goals/objectives, supervising the daily progress report, and guiding team members with the daily inquiries (Customers’ Techno-Commercial Requests).

Processes Digitalization & Automation Management:
• Communicating with various departments to identify, evaluate, prioritize business processes digitalization & automation opportunities.
• In collaboration with top management and IT Department to digitalize & automate the internal processes & operations to enhance the efficiency, productivity, speed, and reporting.
• Update the progress to Management regularly and alarm if any bottleneck or delay observed.
Technical Role:
• Interpret and analyze customer inquiries/requests for Power/Control/Instrumentation cables, wires, and overhead conductors, and communicate with sales, operations and other internal support teams to offer the best design, technical solution which best fit the customer technical and commercial requirements, which includes Preparation of Technical & Commercial Submittals by arranging, ITP (Inspection and Test Plans), type test reports, technical data sheets, cross sectional drawings, and further requested documents.
• Incorporate site visits or meetings to further understand customers, suppliers, contractors, and consultants requirements.
• Provide support technically & commercially for continued professional development of less experienced engineers in the team.
Commercial Role:
• Interfacing with the sales, engineering, purchasing, operations, and finance departments to develop on-time commercial proposals with the greatest value to both customer and company in compliance with organizations pricing guidelines in a timely fashion and maintain the quotations database.
• Assess opportunities to maximize win bid situations where non-standard products are requested by potential customers.
• Provide professional customer service and communication with internal and external customers (including sales managers, production, and planning teams).
Sales & Marketing Roles:
• Discover and maximize potential clients. Establishing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients by providing pre & after-sales technical assistance & support utilizing extensive technical experience.
• Conduct meetings either remotely or directly on site to discuss clients needs to find a product that best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Negotiate prices, tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Deliver technical presentations and demos with a focus on the business requirements of the customer.
• Analyse costs and sales to meet regular sales targets, and Prepare reports for top management and keep customer records.
• Follow-up with the clients on the quotations submitted to secure orders, and Follow-up on new Projects / business opportunities coming-up in the market.
• Attending seminars from the suppliers to maintain high level of knowledge of the marketplace, and continually upgrades technical understanding of the products.
Technical Advisor & Strategic Projects leader:
• Developing a sales strategy for strategic projects and work jointly with the sales team to accomplish the tasks.
• Technical Adviser for Western Region sales team (Specially for Power Cables).
• Account Manager for key account Customers for all electrical Products (From First Fix to Finishing).
• Costing of Cables, Conduit, Racks, Electromechanical products, and cable related products using ADVARIS ERP System.
• Data management of factories ERP system, which includes raw material, product design, machines, processes, and Delivery.
• Revising all the parameters, such as design, cost, machine selection, operations, and materials, of the product before transferring to sales to quote and to production department to manufacture.
• In addition, handling technical work as a cable design engineer as per work load and Technical Directors request.
Technical (Design) Role:
• Designing cables, wires, and overhead conductors for all local and international projects according to national and international standards; such as IEC, BS, UL, ICEA, NFPA, ARAMCO, SABIC, SEC, FEWA, ADWEA, KUWAIT (MEW), ENOC, RIYADH METRO, QATAR RAIL, etc.
• Study and analyze project specifications, and customer queries, for cables, wires, and overhead conductors, to design accordingly and prepare technical data sheets, compliance of the specifications, all electrical calculations using different software, and installation guide as per BS 7671& NFPA 70.
• Using the following software: ADVARIS for Designing, Record, and Stock. CYMCAP (CYME) to calculate current carrying capacities and other electrical parameters at different conditions. AutoCAD for cable drawings and installation representation (Special designs). MATLAB for extraordinary electrical calculations. PLS CADD for the calculations of overhead conductors parameters. QBASEC for the calculation of overhead conductors current and thermal ratings.
• More than 1, 000 inquiries have been handled which include cables/wires for Schools, university campus, building wires, Saudi Electricity Company, distribution, transmission (Overhead conductors and cables), power generation and other different sites.
• Review the orders to confirm correct production and supply.
• Took complete training of 3 months to understand the role of each department in the Cable manufacturing companys business, such as Production, in process quality, planning, quality control, Q/A and sales. Furthermore, created training report to be used by new hired engineers to understand the whole criteria of company.
• Train and develop new technical engineers for higher skills and competence to be able to provide high quality technical service to customers.
System programmer Role:
• Managing the programming of ADVARIS (Designing Software) to make it more efficient for technical team colleagues to use.
• Created GUI (Graphical User interface), using MATLAB programming, of IEEE 738 (IEEE Standard for Calculating the Current Temperature Relationship of Bare Overhead Conductors.) to be used by technical team to calculate the current carrying capacity of overhead conductor and temperature relationship.
Research & Development Role:
• Meeting with raw material suppliers to improve cable design technically and commercially by placing trial orders to test materials compliance.
• Carrying out research and development in the area of cables design, we introduced new designs to meet the demands of the market. Furthermore, Conducting research to launch new cable designs, materials, and cost-effective methods.
Role with QC & QA Departments:
• Prepare complete test plans to check the compliance of new materials, and new designs.
• Review the test reports to approve the material and design.
• Recommending the appropriate certified cables, and test schedule to be prepared and sent to external authorities, such as BASEC, LPCB, ISO and UL, to get certification, or scheduled visit testing.
Role with Sales & Marketing Departments:
• Training sales personnel to enhance technical skills to communicate and handle customers effectively.
• Create catalogs for the company to represent products in the market for customers selection, guidance and convenience.
• Providing sales technical support to enhance the business, in addition to meetings with customers, contractors, and consultants.
