That I am a Senior B.Sc. Civil Engineer and LLB also served as Civil Servant of AJ&K for more than 26 years and took early retirement as Superintending Engineer even remained thrice Director General LG&RDD AJ&K as well and was having many other portfolios too. So, having vast experience with regards to Public Sector, Senior Engineer and Senior Lawyer too and thus can easily handle multi-dimensional issues / tasks and can deal with matters falling in the ambit of following fields apart from all the fields of Civil and Criminal cases as well as Engineering Projects as my specialties.
Civil and non-civil service matters comprising of inquiries and their replies, cases, right sizing, review appeals / representations before authority, appeals and writ petitions before the honorable courts of concerning jurisdictions as per the nature of cases.

Techno-legal matters dealing with management, engineering, and legal aspects of Engineering & Construction related projects, covering contracts, PPRA Rules, PEC Rules, FIDIC and Arbitration Act 1940.

Formulation of claims and counter claims with regards to disputes in Engineering & Construction projects.
Arbitration by being counsel of party or even as Arbitrator in any Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings.
Cases regarding disputes among parties in contract as well as between the employer, the contractor and the consultants.
Corruption and other disciplinary cases in public and private sectors.
Assistance to any public / private organization regarding right sizing and formulation of chain of command in accordance to TORs.
Framing of laws regarding Public and Private sectors.
Family cases.
Property cases.
Civil service and non-Civil service matters.
All kinds of suits, petitions and litigation before any forum including Honorable Courts of law up to Honorable High Court level.
Inquiries of any type.
Reply to inquiries of any nature.
To contest cases before any Court of Law up to Honorable High Courts especially regarding engineering and service matters.
Any other task incidental thereto with regards to Civil Engineering, Public & Private Sector and Advocacy.
That I also provide regular consultancy and services to any Public and Private organization regarding day-to-day issues of communications through letters, Techno-legal and administrative matters, against time to time and monthly reasonable remunerations / retainer-ship.
