9-Issues monthly progress reports to the Client.

10-Notifies the Client, at the substantial completion stage, of the remaining outstanding works and the approximate date of completion, so that the appropriate taking - over certificate may be issued on time.

11-Follows up Contractor’s compliance with the undertaking to complete outstanding works during the defects liability period.
