The main responsibilities included,
1. Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the Company's Quality Policy.
2. Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc with the Project Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents.
3. Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made pas the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications.
4. Liaise with the Client's representatives for the conduct of day-to-day quality related project activities.
5. Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance.
6. Assist QA/QC Manager in conducting internal quality audits.
7. Coordinate with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention on completion of the project.
Completed 08 projects from acquiring & initiation to final completion and further working on various projects. Hence I am well versed with all phases of project including preparing project proposals (also Arabic version), planning, site supervision, procurement and project final approval from Consultants, Municipality and hand over the client following the SZHP technical and financial rules and regulations in a best way.
Manage the construction of Psychology department building at Quaid-e-Azam international university Islamabad along with monitoring the construction progress of a commercial building and residential villas. Main responsibilities include planning of site activities and monitor their execution as per approved plan and schedule, procurement of goods and services, make sure the quality of work and get subsequent approval from the consultant.
Completed the construction of an accommodation building, a G.F. industrial shed and also managed maintenance & repair work of residential villas in Sharjah, U.A.E. Main responsibilities performed included on site construction supervision, planning of site activities, procurement of goods and services with selected material & equipment to be used, to deal with checking of work from the consultants and get final approval of construction work from the municipality department. Also used to prepare estimates and submit Bill of Quantities to get new projects for the company.
Efficiently executed the projects under physical infrastructure schemes with responsibilities included design, cost estimation, procurement and on site monitoring, supervision and guidance of Field Engineers, maintenance of PITD MIS and generate reports. The schemes included water reservoirs, sewerage and drinking water supply schemes, roadways, watercourses etc. Also designed & supervised the construction of staff training hostel & NRSP Regional complex building at Bahawalpur.
Worked as a government officer/Team Leader to achieve the required targets for the design and construction of earthen watercourses as a partially lined by using pre-cast concrete parabolic section or masonry structure and improved unlined section to increase the conveyance efficiency of irrigation water to all the fields. Main responsibilities performed included to conduct the field survey, design, estimation, procurement of goods, social mobilization of Water User Association and to finally approve the constructed watercourses from the PWMC consultants.
worked as a Pavement Design Engineer for the design of National Highways in Pakistan by using AASHTO guide 1993, Road Note 31 and analysis by using Mechanistic approach. Responsibilities included Conduction of traffic count survey, Evaluation of traffic and material investigation report Evaluation of Effective Structural number (SNeff) by FWD data and AASHTO guide, Roadway capacity of existing and new facility by using NAASRA guide 1988 (part-2), Preparation of scope of work and BOQ for the Geotechnical Investigation of deep cut (120 m) at Nahakki Hill pass, To assist in preparation of PC-1, Estimation of quantities for the structural components of roads like Bridge, underpass, Box Culvert, Pipe Culvert, Retaining Wall, Breast Wall, Side Drain & Shoulder Barrier etc.

Analyzed the design work for the items like slabs, beams, columns, footing & retaining walls for basements using any software if available and also analyzed the structures using SAP 90. Carried out site supervision and quality control regarding finishing works for Hajvery Welfare Center (G+3) Raiwind Road, Lahore. Procured material and labor and managed site inspections for the residential and maintenance projects like residence Iran Consulate General, Shahjamal, Lahore. Also used to make estimation of quantities and prepare an approximate Bill of Quantities. Moreover, AutoCAD used to draw structural drawings of building projects.
