 Responsible for coordination between stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
 Line and task-managing the team in accordance with company policies, process and guidelines
 Developing and maintaining relationships and awareness with key stake holders.
 Ensuring that all deliverables produced by line and task-managed resources meet the required deadlines and quality
 Evaluating actual constrain progress and reviewing regular schedule updates
 The day to day project control issues and demands
 Identifying the opportunities of cost claims with in the contract boundaries, preparing delay analysis and extension of time.
 Preparing progress reports and monitoring activities start and end dates, key milestone dates
 Working to push and support project team to finish work as per project management plan.
 Holding meeting with project team to review the project progress
 Working to implement only the approved necessary changes
 Responsible for forecasting the future variance and earned value analysis
 Review monthly invoices
 Generate project closure reports and project management matrices.
 Preparing Baseline project schedule as per the scope of work using planning software (Primavera P6).
 Preparing monthly, weekly and three months look ahead schedules in order to meet the project schedule and planned progress milestones.
 Preparing and updating project S-Curves, progress measurement sheet (PMS) and Resource histograms.
 Updating the actual progress and preparing analysis for identifying the slippages if any.
 To identify and coordinate to resolve inter-discipline constraints & interfaces with the performing disciplines/units.
 Preparing initial project budget based on the contract scope of work, baseline schedule and in line with tendering estimation.
 Maintaining and promoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health security and quality.

Planning Engineer à Neo Structo Construction Ltd

Owner/Client: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited, India.
Client/PMC: M/s Engineers India Limited.
Organization: M/s. Bilfinger Neo Structo Private Ltd, India.
Project: Offsite and Flare Piping Project, MRPL Mangalore. India.
Role: Planning Engineer
The scope of works includes offsite piping works with complete piping erection with welding of 150, 000 Inch Diameter and erection of 735, 000 Inch meter and civil work of 700 M3 and structural fabrication and erection of 150MT.
Responsibilities:
 Preparation of schedules and work plans for project completion target.
 Monitoring, controlling and coordinating the planned job activities as per the scheduled completion plan.
 Analyzing and reporting the work progress to the client as well as higher management to monitor the project and avoid the deviation from the schedule.
 Preparation of master schedule for the project.
 Review the progress with the schedule and conduct meeting with subcontractor to complete the work as per the schedule.
 Interacting with clients / consultants for the successful completion of work.
 Updating of master schedule with the daily progress.
 Preparation of invoices and get it approved from the client for the fund flow against the work done.
 Preparation of MTO and arrange the client issue materials and procure the contractor supply items.
 Prepare and take approval for the procurement of materials as per the drawing and specification.


5) From May 2010 to October 2011.
Client: Larsen & Toubro Limited.(L&T)
Organization: M/s. Bilfinger Neo Structo Private Ltd, India.
Project: Fabrication of Crude Distillation equipment at Larsen & Toubro’s Large Equipment Manufacturing Facility (LEMF), Heavy Engineering Division, Hazira, Gujarat, India.
Role: Site Engineer
Responsibilities: Fabrication, inspection and testing of the 750MT crude column as per the drawing and specification provided by the client. The work includes the fabrication, inspection and testing of nozzles, internal and external parts of the shell as per the requirement. The equipment weighs 750MT and height of 72 meter. The equipment was fabricated for IOCL Orissa, India.

 Coordination & Follow up with vendors for progress report & scheduling.
 Interacting with clients / consultants on technical matters.
 Interfacing with internal and external clients as required for successful project execution.
 Subcontract schedule review and highlight the area of concern.
 Preparation of Documents/ Records for work done.
 Preparing advance procurement list, and daily production report.
 Monitoring daily and weekly progress of fit up, welding, and NDT clearance.
 Follow up the fabricated and machining item as per production plan & procurement
 Witnessing hydro test and pneumatic test
