Prepared the inspection plan for early identification of the problems and for the maintenance needs to be considered in the preventive maintenance plans and the overhauling schedules for electrical and instrumentation sections. • Planned and scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance and strategic plans for overhauling/shutdown. • Initiated a modifications study of the plant equipment to find solutions to improve their efficiency, condition, and reliability and to minimize downtime. • Established the Predictive maintenance process for the early detection of breakdowns by conducting a physical test on machines during operation and applying specific measurements and inspection on the equipment during the shutdowns. • Managed the root cause analysis of repeated and chronic problems and the preparation of a report with recommendations for improvement • Monitor, study, and analyze the daily incidents Report and the Electrical IJP Report for all equipment at the plant, and define the corrective actions, solutions, or modifications needed for continuous improvements for the equipment. • Conducted site inspections and identified potential electrical hazards, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards and regulations. • Collaborated with the projects and contractors to execute successful and timely completion of electrical installations and upgrades. • Analyzed and evaluated electrical system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Handled With SAP, making notifications, work orders, PRs, stock overviews……etc.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of the electrical and instrumentation for all equipment in the cement factory including the Raw material crushers, Coal Mills, Alternative fuel systems, Raw mills, Rotary kilns, and Cement mills, Packing Machines. • Troubleshoot all instrumentations (Temperature sensors, pressure & flow meter sensors, load cells, level sensors, vibration sensors, capacitive & inductive proximity switches …etc.).
• Handled, improved, and repaired low/medium voltage VFDs like ABB ACS 150, ACS1000, ACS550, ACS600 ACS800, ACS 580, and ACS880, Siemens Drives like MICROMASTER, MIDIMASTER, SINAMICS, MOVIDRIVE SEW and also for MCCs, ACCs, medium voltage switchgear (6.3KV), and dealing with ABB MV protection relay REF and ABB HD4 M.V. SF6 Circuit breakers, low and medium voltage motors and its starters, Electrical distribution (main/sub)-substations, • Troubleshoot the distribution Transformers, MV Cables, Drives, C.Bs., ABB soft starters, UPSs, ATSs, sub control panels…etc. • Dealing and troubleshooting the industrial machinery (conveyors, weigh feeders, mills, kilns, Bag & EP filters, compressors, treating water systems, gases analyzers, bucket elevators, airlifts, drag chains…etc.). • Installed, repaired, and replaced the electrical components and wiring, adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards. • Handled some Motors Drives Softwares like Drive Window, Drive Monitor, Drive Composer, and Starter. And for M.V. protection relays ABB REF542plus. • Handled the Automation systems, monitoring, repairing, and fixing bugs.
