 Follow up the work in site (steel, shutter, scaffolding works, Finishing works).
 Ensuring that work is executed as contract drawings, specifications, agreed procedures and
method of statement.
 Ensuring that the safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully
enforced.
 Monitor all sub-contractor work closely to ensure that the quality of work as per specifications
and is completed on time.
 Monitor of using materials in site and ensure that no waste in it.

Project: Ministry of Interior, Security Buildings construction and maintenance
 Performed detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation
standards and specifications, maintaining 100% accuracy rate.
 Estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labour to determine project
feasibility.
 Developed CAD drawings for newly acquired facilities, updating and maintaining existing
facility documentation.
 Site supervision of structural, finishing and MEP works.
