Duties Responsibilities:
Operation
Responsible to manage and carrying out all operation programs to 380, 110, 33, 13.8 KV equipments with coordination L.D.C Madina / Jeddah and others parties.
Trained operators for all operation processes, safety rules and always test them to refresh their information
Comply with safety rules.
Arrange monthly energy reports with coordination SWCC & MARAFIQ companies.
Maintenance
Carrying out all maintenance scheduled programs for all
Substations equipment like transformers, CBs ( Air, SF6, Vacuum, Min. oil), Isolators, GIS, Auxiliary Trs, A.C & D.C system,
Battery (110 v-60v-48v), Battery chargers, Air compressors,
Transformers Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System, Water Pump Station.
Repair all emergency faults
Troubleshooting control circuit.
Carry out all equipment's function test
Request spare parts for all equipments and follow up with suppliers.
Follow up punch list items, Attend all new S/Stn, equipment's
Attend commissioning when it is required.
Give energization clearance to new equipments.
prepare Training programs to the new engineers, and technicians, and arrange experiment tests regularly.
Experience in Egypt
From1982 up to 1991G in Naghamadi 500kvS/ Stn. for Ministry of Electricity at upper Egypt area.
Maintenance of 500, 220, 132, 66, 33, 11 kv CBs.
Maintenance of 500/220, 500/132, 132/66, 132/33, 33/11 kv transformers
Testing protection, control systems for the above equipments.
Maintenance DC systems, AC Auxiliary & Alarms systems.
Maintenance Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems.
