My responsibility as following
1. supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations of all equipment’s
2. create the annual maintenance budget
3. track expenses and the budget for maintenance.
4. Create and implement the maintenance planning
(periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance)
5. Ensure all my team workers adhere to the maintenance plan.
6. Assign repair schedules according to production process to minimize the breakdown
time and evaluate repair cost estimates.
7. Conduct regular inspections of the plants to ensure all equipment’s working at optimum case.
