* Workover Operations:
- Normal operations which include setting and unsetting (DHpumps and TAC) and installing and releasing KTH flange with its seal kit.
- Abnormal operations such as fishing the parted rods, back-off operations and TAC unset abnormally using tbg elevator or even by shearing on it.
* Surface Unit Operations:
- Installing and tearing down conventional surface unit.
- Performing the required preventive maintenance.
- Replacing any defected parts.
* Workshop Operations:
- Preparing and redressing DHpump, TAC and defected parts of S.unit.
- Inspecting, reporting the failure reason and try to eliminate these failures.
* Automation Operations:
- Handling different control panel alarms.
- Replacing any defected parts.
- Programming SAM controller and getting Dynagraph cards with their analysis to perform Diag runs to ensure surface unit balancing operations.
* Other responsibilities:
- Leading more 4 teams in efficient way to handle more than 400 wells.
- Tracking data for all wells efficiently to maximize well productivity.
- Detecting surface unit preventive maintenace periods to maximize its lifetime.
- Handling any abnormal situations related to sucker rod system.
- Analyzing all data to maximize benefits from all parts of sucker rod system.
- Developing the 1st sucker rod application for android to facilitate our work.
