Highly motivated and experienced mechanical construction engineer with a demonstrated history with experience
over 8 years. Work as an owner representative, follow up the construction activities of systems and equipment of
supercritical power plant such as (steam turbine “650MW”, pumps, air compressors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic
systems, Hydrogen (H2) generation plant, diesel generator, piping systems above and underground, HVAC systems,
Firefighting systems, overhead cranes, gantry crane and elevators), oversee the commissioning and startup
activities for equipment and systems with emphasis placed on following the HSE instructions. Analyse and
implement the inspection test plane (ITP) in order to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, contractor’s
submittals as well as the related standards. Review the submitted technical data sheets, engineering drawings,
manuals, method of statements, daily and weekly progress reports including the project schedule. Execute site
walkdowns to solve contractors’ clashes. Attend the weekly progress, commissioning and startup meetings.
Generated the required stock of steam turbine and auxiliaries’ spare parts for two (2) years.

Responsibilities:
o Review Technical documents (submittals, manuals, drawings, progress reports….).
o Follow up the construction, commissioning and startup activities.
o Implement the inspection test plane (ITP) on site.
o Execute walkdowns to solve contractors’ clashes and emphasize on HSE instructions.
o Attend weekly progress and coordination meetings.
o Review progress reports and invoices.
o Generate daily progress report to the mechanical general manager.

Maintenance engineer responsible for repair and maintenance of fleet of trucks ( Renault, Iveco and MAN )
Manager of overhauling workshop "Diesel engines",
monitor spare parts stock at warehouse.

Refrigeration engineer, responsible for design, install, test, commissioning and start up a central refrigeration system for mega supermarkets such as carrefour, hyperone and seoudi market.

Responsibilities:
o Design central refrigeration system (load estimation, equipment selection, pipe sizing).
o Issuing bill of quantities (BOQ).
o Oversee construction, testing, commissioning and startup activities until successful
operation and handover to the owner.
o Coordinate the activities with the other contractors on the site.
o Monitor the construction materials and manage according to the upcoming activities.
o Attend coordination meetings.
o Issue a progress report on daily basis to the project manager.
