Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the installation of electrical services.
Oversee complete site management and supervision of works.
Prepare progress reports and attend meetings with consultants and clients. Respond to consultant/client comments
on shop drawings and material submittals.
Perform electrical engineering design, including load calculations, short circuit analysis, voltage drop assessments,
power factor correction calculations, switchgear and motor protection evaluations, and battery and cable sizing
calculations.
Manage material submittals, drawing approvals, and mock-up approvals.
Clarify technical issues regarding submittals and coordinate manufacturing clearance for approved materials with
procurement teams.
Coordinate site activities, supervise operations, and ensure work progresses as scheduled.
Arrange materials and necessary manpower well in advance.
Ensure that work is executed following contract specifications and approved design drawings.
Planned for material requirements and oversaw procurement processes accordingly.
Ensure strict adherence to safety rules and regulations on-site.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
Install glanding and termination of SMDBs (Sub-Main Distribution Boards), DBs (Distribution Boards), etc.
Install DBMs (DALI Broadcast Modules), perform cable terminations, and conduct testing procedures.
Test & commission DBs, SMDBs, MDBs (Main Distribution Boards), and control panels.
Prepare cold test reports along with live test reports for all panels.
As-built the drawings based on site installations before submitting them to the design team for updates.
As-built the load schedule along with load balancing in DBs.

Job Responsibility:
Verify tender drawings and specifications.
Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor submissions, shop drawings, material submittals,
and construction-related matters.
Review and provide feedback on the contractor's method statement for executing the works.
Inspect the contractor's work to ensure compliance with Contract Documents and accepted practices.
Conduct final inspections for certification of completion and project handover.
Inspect on-site and off-site materials for the project, and arrange field and laboratory tests to ensure compliance
with specifications.
Review and provide feedback on the contractor's method statements for installation and execution of works.
Review and comment on the contractor’s technical submittals.
Make every effort to prevent contractor claims for cost and/or delays.
Review site progress and assist in evaluating the contractor’s interim payment applications.
Coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure work progress.
