Leading the project team and coordinating the project. -
All matters related to project content.-
Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines.-
- Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation.
- Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members, and participants in project activities
Ongoing evaluation of project activity and reporting on project progress.-
o Receiving costumer tickets by phone or emails.
o Open tickets, follow up and close tickets.
o Level 1 & level 2 support.
o Escalation to Vendor (Cambridge Broadband Networks, UK) for level 3 support, follow up and update the WiConnect costumer.
o Notify the on call field engineer and follow up.
o Give directions to field engineer based on similar cases.
o Network optimization.
o Generate the required reports for the costumer or WiConnect management.
o Request MDT for operational sites.
o Follow up with MDTs, report to costumer and monitor the performance after MDT’s were applied.
o Update the Data Bases after each new installation and modification on the operational sites.
