Current job responsibilities:


- Promoted from project engineer to Technical office manager in a record 1 year where I became responsible to manage a team of 3 Technical engineer & 2 procurement tracking Material submittals, Shop drawing, schedule and other documents ( method statement, Technical Query etc..

- Prepare and Review complex engineering submittals such as design calculations, shop drawings, and technical queries which require high details and analytic skills to review and create applicable solutions comparing to standard .

- Prepare change orders with values of up to $6 million and handled the negotiation process .

- Assigned to investigate major claims from Sub-contractors against rework and construction failure taking full action in letter responses and meetings resulting with saving of up to $150, 000 in some claims.

- Developed a strategy for operational optimization that enabled us to cut short quality control documentation, communication flow and construction work progress tracking.

Job Responsibilities:


- Organize and supervise work along with the Zone Manager.

- Prepare and present weekly interactive progress reports to the construction & project manager.

- Control and coordinate the work between several contractors.

- Prepare and submit required RFI’s to the designer.

- Manage, coordinate, supervise and review all project Civil ( Construction and Infra structure) activities.

- Prepare the Method of statements and risk assessments.

- Coordinate with engineering & procurement in order to comply with the project construction schedule .

- Follow the progress plan to achieve all tasks on time.

- Monitor Civil site execution works, update and implementing all contractual matters and local authority regulations.

- Prepare submittals, redlines and asbuilt drawings. Lead and supervise manpower at site.

Job Responsibilities:


- Main technical adviser on site for subcontractors.

- Read, analyze and discuss design drawings.

- Ensure all materials used are as per specifications.

- Supervise quality control and safety matters on site.
