My responsibilities in this position include the following:
* Responsible of all EPC activity of BMS system in power plant.
* Responsible of calibration of all instruments (pressure and temperature
transmitters _ Siemens ), (pressure and differenial pressure switches _ Cella)
and (pressure and temperature gauges _ wika).
* Responsible of installing all instrument on water line according to approved
hook-up and P&ID drawings.
* Responsible of installing all instrument on air duct of AHUs unit such as
temperature sensors, humidity sensors, flow switch, differenial pressure
switches and wall mounted room temperature sensors.
* Responsible of cable pulling, cable laying and cable termination of all
instruments.
* Responsible of all commissioning activity of BMS system, Cold loop check,
Hot loop Check and function test.
* Get involved in BMS programming (PLC allenbradly ) using RS logix 5000.
* Responsible of closing all punch points related to BMS system with the client.
My responsibilities in this position include the following:
* Experience in instrument calibration as I assist most instrument calibration of
the plant, pressure transmitters and temperature transmitters ( Resmount),
pressure and temperature switchs (ITI and Ashcroft ), pressure and
temperature gauges ( WISE ).
* Familiar with principle of operation of most instruments and valves (MOV
valves, Pneumatic valves, hydraulic valves and solenoid valves).
* Assist and inspect instrument installation and wiring termination.
* Ability to understand and check P&ID Drawing, wiring termination drawing
and Hook up drawing.
* Inspect cable laying, cable termination, and instruments impulse line (tubing)
and instrument air line.
* Assist instrument tube leak test and inspect it.
My responsibilities in this position include the following:
* Inspect and check the received materials from the vendor and manufacturer at
the site and to be as per specifications.
* Follow all construction and installation work of instruments according to
P&ID, HOOK-UP and wiring drawing.
* Get involved in instrument calibration in the site ( pressure transmitters,
switches and gauges )( temperature transmitters, gauges and switches ) and
(level switches) vendor Rosemount, Hitrol, Wise and Cella.
* Inspect instruments erection in Gas turbine area (Siemens scope ) MBA,
MBV, MBN, MBQ, MBL….etc and all Siemens skids.
* Inspect instruments erection in BOP area water treatment (veolia), gas oil
treatment system (GEA), fuel gas area (Bilfinger) and Gas compressor (Atlas
copco).
* Check the installation and erection of Siemens SPAA-T300 turbine control
system panel ( automation cabinet, ET200 cabinets and server LAN cabinet ).
* Follow all construction and commissioning work of fire alarm system TYCO
and MINIMAX.
* Follow all construction and commissioning work of CCTV system.
* Follow all construction and commissioning work of HVAC control system
(BMS) system.
* Involved in cold loop check, hot loop check and commissioning in different
system in the plant ( Demi water system, gas condition system, gas oil
system, CCW system and gas turbine skids
My responsibilities in this position include the following:
* Worked as I&C inspector, closed handover punch list items related to
installation, erection and configuration works.
My responsibilities in this position include the following:
* Joined Kharafinational KSC Company and positioned as instrument and
control engineer.
* Worked in MEW (Ministry of Electricity and Water) head office.
My responsibilities in this position include the following:
* Explain how communication works in data networks and the internet.
* Recognize the devices and services that are used to support communications
across an internetwork.
