 Prepare the Project Quality Plan.
 Modify, Tailor and Simplify the Company’s Procedures to suit the Project.
 Prepare and Review Method Statements and Inspection and Test Plans.
 Setting Key Performance Indicators for site processes to monitor progress and measure performance.
 Manage the QA/QC Team.
 Proactively plan to manage QA at management level.
 Analyse, categorize and monitor the NCRs and CAR’s.
 Chair the Weekly Quality Meeting.
 Conduct Internal Audits on Drake & Scull Different Departments and External Audits on Suppliers and Subcontractors to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
 Managing the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), Aconex.

•Meet with customer to obtain information about the customer’s requirements.

•To ensure all records are completed and compiled for submission to client.

•To liaise with the Production Team to ensure all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and work quality is achieved in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.

•Enter sales orders data and prepare data to be utilized in the preparation of production schedule.

•Coordinating and maintaining a nonconformance control system including issuing of nonconformance reports to the Plant Manager.

•Assist in preparing sales offers that contain detailed information about the ordered items in terms of model name, number, dimension and required raw material.

•Carry out scheduled/random inspections/spot checks on product/work to ensure that quality has been achieved and report results and make suggestions for improvements

•Prepare necessary documentation related to sales order and monitor orders dispatch

•Coordinate with the production department as per the work order.

•Follow up with the client and keep him updated with the production process status and the estimated finishing time.

•Assist the sales manager in achieving customer delight and satisfaction

•Perform any related duties requested by management.

•Ensure that manufactured products have been appropriately inspected and meet the required standards.
